1. Scope and Validity of the Terms

1.1 These terms and conditions (hereinafter the “Terms”) apply to all persons who use the website of Student Company VOOL (hereinafter the “Seller”) and/or make purchases through it.

1.2 By using the website or placing an order, you confirm that you have read these Terms, agree to them, and undertake to comply with them.


2. Seller Information

The Seller is a student company operating within an educational program and is not considered a permanent commercial enterprise.


3. Use of the Service / Website

3.1 The website and all related services are intended to be used in accordance with applicable laws.

3.2 Minors (under 18 years old) may use the service only with the consent of a parent or legal representative.


4. Product Descriptions and Prices

4.1 The Seller offers products for sale as described on the website together with their prices.

4.2 All prices are shown in euros (EUR) and include all mandatory charges related to the sale, unless stated otherwise.

4.3 The Seller reserves the right to change products, prices, and product descriptions at any time.


5. Ordering and Conclusion of the Sales Contract

5.1 By placing an order, you make a binding offer to purchase the product as described on the website.

5.2 A sales contract is concluded only once the order has been confirmed and the payment for the order has been received in the Seller’s bank account.


6. Payment Methods and Terms

6.1 Payment for goods must be made using the payment methods provided on the website.

6.2 The Seller is not responsible for the operation of third-party payment services.


7. Delivery and Shipment

7.1 Products are shipped to the address specified by the customer when placing the order.

7.2 Delivery times and delivery options are described during checkout.

7.3 The Seller is not responsible for delivery delays caused by third parties (for example postal services).


8. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

8.1 If the customer is a consumer (natural person), they have the right to withdraw from the order within 14 days from receiving the goods by informing the Seller in writing.

8.2 Returned goods must be unused and in their original packaging.


9. Liability and Warranty

9.1 The Seller is not liable for damage resulting from improper use of products or failure to follow instructions.

9.2 Product warranty terms are specified separately if they are stated with the product.


10. Processing of Personal Data

10.1 The Seller processes customer personal data only for fulfilling and delivering the order.

10.2 Data is not shared with third parties for any purpose other than order fulfillment.


11. Changes to the Terms

11.1 The Seller has the right to change the Terms at any time by publishing an updated version on the website.

11.2 The terms in force at the time the order was placed apply to that order.


12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

12.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia.

12.2 All disputes shall be resolved primarily through negotiations and, if necessary, through the Estonian court system.
