Student Company VOOL wants your shopping experience to be clear and secure. If a purchase does not meet your expectations, you may return the goods or cancel the order under the conditions below.
If the purchase was made in the online shop, you have the right to withdraw from the order within 14 days from receiving the goods without giving a reason (“cooling-off period”).
During this time, you can decide whether the product meets your expectations and whether you want to return it.

The return must be sent according to the instructions. Packages sent without prior agreement may not be accepted.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.
The refund process may take up to 3 business days after the return has been approved.
If the money has not reached your account within 3 business days after the refund was confirmed, please contact us.
The customer bears the shipping costs related to returns unless the reason for the return is the seller’s mistake (for example an incorrect or defective product).
Please check your order immediately after receiving it.
If the goods are defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately.
In such a case, we will arrange either a replacement product or a full refund.
According to EU e-commerce rules, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the order within at least 14 days after receiving the goods and obtain a refund if the conditions are met.
